Course leader Marie Horakova leads a comprehensive HR Management course tailored for young professionals and university students with an intermediate level of English. Participants will acquire skills in Human Resources Management, recruitment strategies across various industries, employee lifecycle practices, and the integration of Artificial Intelligence in HR and recruitment processes.

The course includes lectures, presentations, group discussions, role-plays, case studies, and guest speaker sessions with HR professionals. The syllabus spans 10 days covering topics such as Strategic HR Management, Recruitment and Selection, Motivation, Reward Systems, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Talent Management, Leadership, HR Metrics, HRIS, and AI in HR.

Upon completion, participants receive 5 EC credits and a Certificate of Attendance, showcasing their acquired skills to potential employers or for academic recognition.
